Empowering Children, restoring hope through Christ-centered care, education, and spiritual guidance, we empower children to heal and thrive. We work hand-in-hand with families, communities, and the Church to nurture futures filled with dignity, purpose, and possibility.

About Villa Paulos

Founded in 2008 through the generous gift of the late Madam Goh Lum Eng, Villa Paulos has grown into a safe haven for children who are orphaned, abandoned, abused, or neglected, as well as for those from families facing financial hardship or other challenges that prevent proper care.

The home operates under the care of the Most Reverend Anthony Bernard Paul, Bishop of the Diocese of Melaka-Johor, and under the umbrella of Caritas Melaka-Johor, the Diocese’s coordinating arm for charitable works. Our work is made possible through the support of caring individual donors and well-wishers.

Managed by a devoted Board Team and dedicated staff, Villa Paulos continues its mission of providing love, care, and hope—nurturing each child in faith, healing, and purpose, and giving them the opportunity to flourish and embrace a brighter future.

Our Goals

  • Create a family-like atmosphere where children feel safe, loved, and emotionally secure.
  • Encourage family reunification whenever possible, supporting the return of children to their families.
  • Foster healthy relationships with peers, caregivers, and the wider community.
  • Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with local organizations and public agencies to enhance the quality of care.
  • Provide a comprehensive range of assessment, treatment, counseling, and social work services tailored to each child’s unique needs.
